This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Relax at the Getaway, overlooking Ontario's Great Sodus Bay. Perfect for golfing, fishing, beach-going, boating, apple-picking, hiking, or simply... getting away. Adjacent to Sodus Bay Heights Golf Club. Short drive to Sodus Bay Beach, Beechwood and Chimney Bluff state parks, and many public and private lake access points. (All access requires driving.) Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Nestled in peaceful Upstate N.Y., between Finger Lakes Wine Country and Lake Ontario and right in the heart of the Erie Canal is the Peppermint Cottage. The Peppermint Cottage is a unique destination. The Peppermint Cottage is a place for guests to “Step Back in Time” and experience the simple pleasures of life including a warm fire, relaxing under the stars in a hot tub, sauna or strolling our gardens. Cozy cottage just a short walk from private Lake access for swimming & sunsets, private boat launch, general store w/ice cream, playgrounds & basketball courts. 5 min drive to CMAC, 10 min to downtown Canandaigua & Wegmans & a short drive to Naples for hiking & grape pies or Bristol Mountain for skiing & fall foliage. Fully equipped kitchen w/electric oven, air fryer, microwave, k-cup coffee maker. Wi-Fi w/Fire TV, hammock & board games galore. Perfect for couples & solo travelers!

A quiet very relaxing private home out in the Finger Lakes region. High speed internet & roku tv provided. Gas fireplace, airconditioning. Open loft bedroom with great star gazing while laying in bed. There are multiple wineries and breweries that are just a short drive. Penn Yan, Hammonsport & the town of Naples just a short drive. Kueka Lake State Park 5 miles away. Note: Sorry this cottage is not suitable for small children, due to the loft cable style railings.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Our cabin overlooks our winery and a stunning view of Seneca Lake! Should you choose to pry yourself away from our cozy cabin and explore what the area has to offer, we are conveniently located fifteen minutes from the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and Watkins Glen State Park.
