NEW IN '25: EV charger! The space is 2 bdrms, total of 2 beds. 2 full baths & living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. Winter guests: the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 W/all wheel drive is needed. Hot tubs and pools are part of my assoc.

Enjoy my beautiful 3-bedroom waterfront condominium on the pristine shores of Lake Huron. You will get to experience the beautiful views of the Mackinac Bridge and Island. My condominium is fully furnished. This condo has a Queen bed in the master with an attached bathroom. The second suite has a queen with a connecting bathroom to the third suite which has a King bed. You must climb 17 steps to enter the main level of the condo. This is where everything is located other than the garage.

Resort amenities including the beach, when open, are available at ADDITIONAL COST and registration. We are pet friendly with a 2 dog maximum, no cats. Security cameras are facing front porch,driveway and back door.

Downhill is a studio condo outfitted with a Queen bed and a twin pull out sofa. The white hotel linens are provided during your stay as well as bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. You will also find the kithenette stocked with items to prep a quick meal. There are dishes for 4, cups, plates, bowls and silverware and a compact refigerator. This is the smaller lock off condo which is part of Hilltop (sleeps 10). Ask about our other rentals should you need more space
