Our cozy little cottage accommodates four people or a couple. Light & bright. One bathroom/shower only. Kitchenette has microwave, a full sized oven ,refrigerator ,Keruig coffee pot. A farmhouse table with 4 chairs. There are two very comfortable chairs in living area with a parlor sofa, 47” tv and WiFi. A queen bed and two twins in the loft. Large porch for sitting on in the morning or evening. On a peaceful quiet property. Located 2 1/2 miles off hwy 21 south. A dirt road through farmland.

Hike down through the property's 20 acres to the waterfront as well as cave below. 4 minute drive to Withrow Springs State Park for nature hikes and less than 30 minutes to Eureka Springs and Fayetteville. Escape to our Kings River Cabin and relax. Sit on the porch or by the fire and watch the river flow by. Our true log cabin has a kitchenette, well water, bathroom, heat/air and sleeping loft that requires use of a ladder. No TV or internet on purpose. Spend time on the river, look at the stars in our dark sky, sit by the fire and play games as you reconnect with nature. Near Bentonville, Eureka Springs, Fayetteville and the Buffalo River. Best when temps are above 32 degrees.

I have a five acre lake that our guest can enjoy. If you are an avid outdoors person or someone that enjoys just listening to the river cascade over the rocks with a good book this cabin is for you.We allow a maximum of two pets.There is a 25.00 fee per night per pet.
