Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Ήταν ένα πετρόχτιστο σπίτι, κι εμεις το ανακαινίσαμε με τον πιο σύγχρονο τρόπο αλλά διατηρώντας την αρχική όψη. Εκεί ζει κανείς την απόλυτη ηρεμία και ελευθερία αφού η απόσταση απο την πλατεία, τα μονοπάτια στην καταπράσινη βλάστηση και η επίσκεψη σε άλλα διάσημα χωριά, είναι μια "ανάσα"

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.
