36 Alfred Street, Stromness - a charming 1800's, 4 star cottage, has its own private Bothy right on the sea, great views and a shared pier. It has one spacious romantic bedroom, with a very small bedroom leading off from it, with a bunk bed (two beds) suitable only for children in it. Like the other three Anderson's Harbour Cottages, each Cottage is equipped with everything including a Cook's Larder (30 + different coffees/teas/hot chocolate, cooking oils/herbs etc). There is direct access to the sea for paddle boarding, wind surfing or sailing in the bay. Return to the cottage to an open fire. The extensive grounds also allow for simple walks or yoga. The cottage retains some of it's 19th century charm but has been renovated to be a practical and comfortable home.
