Double Studio

The Double Studio has two 80 cm beds that can easily be pushed together as needed. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher will allow you to prepare your own meals. Combined seating for dining and work is found in the living room, and the tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower. A shared laundry room is on the ground floor in house B, where you can book a suitable time. Wi-Fi, heating, TV Channels and water are included in the price. All areas of the apartment are pet free and non-smoking.

In November 2022 (or earlier), Magnolia House opens a new apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the middle of "just north of Stockholm City". 40 rooms in a house that resembles a large villa with a shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We mainly have 2 room types: smaller rooms for 1 person and on the top floor there will be loft apartments for 1-4 people. Single rooms mean compact living: still private kitchen/shower. On the lower level there is a shared lounge.

Private hotel room in a mini-hotel with basic standards in a very central location. Clean, fresh and modern. Small private room with two beds and desk in room. Shared bathroom and toilet in hallway. Please note that the room has no windows. This 11 sqm private room is ideal for one to two people, with one 140 cm bed. The room is on the fourth floor and is located close everything in the building. These rooms include a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi as well as a small refrigerator, and fold out dinner table/workspace with a chair. You have access to a shared kitchen and dining/living room area and several shared bathrooms and showers. In addition, there is a shared laundry room available.

This Large Queen Studio gives you a larger bed, dining table, and a reading corner for your trip. This larger 22-34 sqm family apartment has a balcony, and a 160 cm bed, and a sofa bed for two. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, a TV with Chromecast, free wi-fi, and a bathroom.
