Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Neke od jedinica imaju pogled na more a neke na vrt. Moguć je i boravak obitelji sa djecom, pomoćni lažajevi za djecu nalaze se u sklopu dnevnih boravka. Ispod naše kuće nalazi se park sa plažom te dječjim igralištem. Kada se zaželite mira u našem dvorištu također postoji mjesto za opuštanje.
