Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Παραδοσιακό τριόροφο πυργόσπιτο στην Καρύταινα. Ανακατασκευασμένο με πολλή φροντίδα από τους οικοδεσπότες με αυθεντικά ξύλινα στοιχεία και παραδοσιακές πινελιές στην διακόσμηση. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
