Picturesque hill walks are on the doorstep and nearby highlights include Snowdonia/Eryri, Powys Castle, Lake Vyrnwy and magnificent beaches; there are plenty of activities to suit everyone. Within one minutes walking distance is the Red Lion pub and Cafe. Famous location for walkers and in the heart of the mountain bike mecca with Dyfi bike park, Coed y Brenin and Antur Stiniog within 30 minutes. Aircraft enthusiasts will be in the heart of the Mach loop flight path with low flying aircraft directly overhead.

Cemaes farm stay is located in the heart of the dyfi valley,on the outskirts of the Snowdonia National Park,and only a scenic drive away from the coast! this was actually my sons place but he was working in New Zealand for the winter/spring and I thought it would be a great shame to leave it empty and decided to put it up here so we could share some of the dyfi valley's great scenery in the winter months! please feel free to get in touch if you have any further questions! many thanks,gwenan

Llwyncelyn is a delightful traditional slate cottage nestling on the side of the Dyfi Valley. It is situated above the village of Dinas Mawddwy, easily accessed off the A470 and offers stunning views across and along the Dyfi Valley both from the cottage and the enclosed garden. It provides the perfect base from which to discover Southern Snowdonia, in all its glorious seasons. Not equiped for chidren. We generally accept dogs(maximum 2) but reserve the right to occasionally say no!

COVID 19. We will be taking extra precautions to make sure the cabin is as clean as we can possibly make it. A delightful chalet nestled amongst the trees and land of Darowen. This spacious 1 bedroom chalet is ideal for exploring the scenic landscape of the Dyfi valley. There’s lots of different walks to be tackled, and if you decide to take it easy, put your feet up and enjoy the stunning views from the balcony or from our newly installed patio area with a firepit/bbq .

Cosy Cottage in Dolgellau Snowdonia Nant Y Glyn

Nant Y Glyn is a charming, traditional Welsh stone cottage which was build in the early 1800s. We have updated the property to give it a fresh comfortable feel but have retained many original features. One of which is the splendid stone fireplace which now houses a log burning stove. The cottage is nestled within the old part of town, located on a quiet street and within a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a small enclosed front patio area.
