Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

Access to hiking, biking, fishing, hunting & local restaurants only 5-10 minutes away. This suite has a private keypad entrance, situated above the Curlew Clinic. No ADA access.

This Scandinavian style apartment features a beautiful 4 piece bathroom, kitchen (stove/microwave/fridge etc.), dining area, and lots of natural light. The apartment is fully air conditioned for the summer months. The space is very private and within walking distance of downtown.

Close to the river, golf, ski hill, hiking, KVR bike trail and many more adventures. Has fridge, bbq, one burner propane plate and induction toaster oven. Bathroom and queen bed in loft. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.
