This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. As hosts, we prioritize your privacy and offer a hassle free experience with super easy check-in/check-out and no cleaning fee. Please be aware that the bathroom shower in this space is compact.
