It has a very centralized location. It is only 15 minutes from "El Yunke" Park where, in addition to appreciating the forests, you can enjoy the beautiful rivers and waterfalls. It is 8 minutes from the Luquillo Spa and the famous kiosks. The house is accessible to various recreational activities such as paddle boarding, kayaks, and jet skiing. The town of Fajardo is less than 25 minutes, there you can visit the famous islands of Icaco and Palomino, the seven seas beach, and croaba!!!

Beach Lover's Heaven

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have never been installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)

Our house is 35 minutes driving from Luis Muños Marín ( SJU) International Airport, 10 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest, and walking distances from many restaurants, grocery stores, local markets, pharmacy, and much more! Kayak, rapelling, horse riding &other fun activities are easy to find around!!
