Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Home includes four bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. All rooms have queen beds. Large enclosed back porch with pool and safety net. Large and extremely clean home located in the heart of Manatee pocket in the desirable neighborhood of Rocky point. Home is clean and sanitize after every guest. Entire house in new code will be given after every guest for access to home.

This cozy houseboat is located at Sunset Bay Marina & Anchorage in Stuart, FL. A short 5-minute walk takes you to Historic Down Town Stuart and all of its fabulous shops and restaurants. Here at the marina, we have Sailors Return restaurant and Gilbert's Coffee Bar to satisfy any craving you have. Martin County’s beautiful beaches are just 6 miles away. Two bicycles are at your disposal for enjoyable rides.

Our Cottage was recently updated and everything is new! It is a quaint space with great decor! The 2 king beds are super cozy and the unit is stocked with everything you would need including high-speed wifi, wall-mounted TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen. We are walking/biking distance to the waterfront and all that downtown Stuart has to offer including lots of coffee shops and waterfront restaurants!
