Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods, meadow & animal pastures. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet, and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

Enjoy the pond and mountain views from the bedroom and living room windows; the guesthouse faces a peaceful meadow and wildlife pond which abuts 70 acres of preserved land with hiking trails, yet it's also just steps from Main Street and all of the dining and shopping of Manchester Village.

We have the keys to a great vacation in Southern Vermont, located in a quiet family neighborhood within walking distance to Manchester designer outlets. “Mom’s Place” is a three bedroom two bath ranch, just minutes from several major ski resorts, beautiful hiking trails , parks and recreation areas. Two minutes from some great restaurants and bars. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry , Wi-Fi and is dog friendly. Come enjoy all Vermont has to offer in the comfort of Mom's home.

Rustic Cabin in foothills of Green Mountains

Rennsli Cabin is off grid + nestled on a forested plateau in the foothills of the Green Mountains. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, unplugged and able to regenerate. Kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials+ hosts provide water, coffee, tea, milk, fresh eggs + homemade soap. There is an indoor compostable toilet + outhouse + outdoor shower. Most seasons, the cabin is 100ft from parking, but weather conditions may require an 800 ft walk from parking at main house.

Fully renovated 2000 sf 5 bedroom/2 bathroom house in the heart of Manchester Center, VT! 6 miles to Bromley, 15 miles to Stratton, 6 miles to the Vermont Summer Festival horse show, and less than a mile to all of the shops and restaurants Manchester Center has to offer! You cannot beat this location no matter the season! The house is set back off the road and surrounded by woodlands so even with all of these amenities at your fingertips, you feel like you're far off the beaten path!
