Jay Hut

Located in Turtle Mountain Provincial Park, our off-grid huts are a great base for adventurers of all ages and abilities year-round. Our huts pack a lot into their small 160 square foot footprint. They feature a modern design, with a wood burning stove, cooking area, eating and sleeping space and storage racks for your gear. Outside the huts there is a deck space, outdoor cooking area, and gear storage for your skis or bikes. Each hut also has it's own outhouse, picnic table and fire pit.

Our 200 sqft rustic A-frame cabin on a 10 acre property with soaker tub, natural swimming pond and 2 excited off leash dogs. The cabin is in a private spot 150 feet from the main house, and a 300 foot walk from parking. Cabin features a double bed in the loft, and a convertible couch. Kitchen is fully functioning with fridge, stove, cookware, dishes, soap and linens. Water is a jug/bucket system. Toilet is a sawdust bucket composting toilet. Heated by wood stove. 25 minutes from Falcon Lake.

It includes luxury amenities such as walk in tile shower, fireplace, outdoor fire pit, heated floors, AC, private outdoor hot tub, large deck area with BBQ and dining table.

PETE’S PLACE

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (6-8 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2026) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

Tiny Piece of Paradise

Experience a tiny home with so many unexpected little luxuries . This newly built 4 season tiny is located just steps from the beach. A nicely treed in yard for privacy. It has an outdoor dining area and firepit. On your way to the beach, you will find a screened in hammock along the path nestled in the trees. Bikes are available free of charge if you'd like to tour the area and see all it has to offer. WINTER We are on the snowman trail, and the lake access point for ice fishing

A great spot for couples or families, we've got everything you need to enjoy your time inside and out, including hot tub + fire pit. The cabin is situated on it's own 1.4 acre lot surrounded by trees to provide lots of privacy. We also offer a bunkhouse during the summer months (June - Sept) if you're looking for more space.
