Sokakta eski evler var, ama eve girince başka bir dünyaya giriş yapacaksınız. Arka yoldan Cunda'ya ve Sarımsaklı'ya gidiş 10dk.Etrafında 4 adet otopark var.Mitsubishi klima ile iklimlendirme yapılmıştır.Perşembe araçla yakın park etme akşam saatinde mümkün,pazar kurulur.

Το Pelagia's house είναι ένα παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι που ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα κρατώντας όμως τον παραδοσιακό του χαρακτήρα μαζί με τις αναμνήσεις από πολλά ξενοιαστα καλοκαίρια. Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.
