The cozy cottage is 2 blocks from downtown Douglas where you will find restaurants, bars, a movie theater, boutique shopping and at certain times of the year outdoor festivities.

A wonderfully quiet home centrally located near the primary and high school, playground, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Due to parking limitations no trailers of any kind, RV’s, campers, or boats are to be parked in the Cul-de-sac. No large parties or gatherings are to be held on the property. There is a limit of 10 guests allowed at anytime.
