One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Located in one of the most enchanting and strategic positions of La Villa, this exclusive luxury apartment is the ideal place to savour the beauty of Alta Badia. In winter, you can just take off on your skis and reach the World Cup Gran Risa Ski slope or the Gardenaccia (great for beginners) in a few seconds. The Ski school is a few steps away. During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

Biohof Ruances Studio

With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment Biohof Ruances in San Cassiano is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. In each apartment you find a dish washer, tv-sat in the living room and in the bedroom, internet access, bathroom with shower and/or tub.
