The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. This 1920s traditional structure has been refurbished, yet still maintains its earthen quality that is familiar to Marfa. Small/Medium dogs ok (max 40 lbs).

Located just a few blocks from the main thoroughfare in town, you'll be close to shops, restaurants, galleries, and more. The space features a king-size bed, full bath with shower, tv, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and mini split for heating and cooling. Minimalism meets eclectic chic. Fully appointed for comfort yet lightly decorated for an open, bright and clean look. Fresh white walls and antique long leaf pine floors with and open floor plan, plus antique fixtures, vintage and locally fabricated furnishings, and thrifted art. At the center of Marfa and walking distance to nearly everywhere! No Pets. No Exceptions. Sorry, it just doesn’t work for this property.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The Water Stop, Alta Marfa Winery, Bordo, Filthmart, Whitebox and Convenience West BBQ are a few places that are a very short walk away. Enjoy plenty of space for your family or friends, and don't worry too much about packing because you'll have a washer and dryer during your stay!
