Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.

Meine Unterkunft (27 m²) ist gut für Paare, einzelne Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). In wenigen Minuten ist man am Viktualienmarkt (300 M.), Marienplatz (600 M.), Isartor (250 M.) und Deutschen Museum (600 M.). Rauchen ist verboten!

The location is perfect to explore the city and some pleasant alone time for couples. The quiet 1 room apartment is like a hotel room (minibar, coffee maker, bathroom) with separate entrance and is located in a backyard.
