The cottage is in the charming village of Marldon, close to the seaside towns of Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham with their quirky shops, pubs, restaurants, and galleries. The sandy beaches of Torre Abbey Sands and Goodrington Sands are also nearby. There is parking for one car per cottage. Towels, linen, gas & electricity all included

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Helmsdale provides various facilities to accommodate pets—four dog bowls, two dog beds, and dog toys—and offers plenty of opportunities for sightseeing and having cosy and fun-filled evenings with friends and family.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
