Local favorites, including the Sweet Water Cafe, Black Rocks Brewery, Down Wind Sports, Contrast Coffee, and 3rd St Bagel steps away. Pristine beaches of Lake Superior and biking and hiking trails are a short walk or bike ride away. Cobblestone patio in backyard with dining table and BBQ grill.

2 bedroom house located on us 41. 7 mile drive along Lake Superior from NMU. 6 miles from town. 1 mile from grocery store, bar/restaurant and gym. 6 miles to endless mountain bike trails and ski hill. 45 miles from beautiful pictured rocks. I have two new kayaks and 2-e-bikes at the house that guests are welcome to use, but will be held responsible for any damage. I can supply a third upon request. A helmet is required! The couch upstairs also folds into a bed. Check out time is 11:00.

There is a boxcar and a caboose on the property that are being rehabbed and will eventually be available to rent on this property also. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Marquette.
