Includes unlimited river access and the use of paddle boards/kayaks with your stay. We would love for you to visit and have a wonderful time but no hooting and hollering outside after 10:00 pm. We respect our neighbors rights to get good rest.

5 minutes to downtown & 5 minutes to the tubing companies is just the start. This old-school farmhouse is sitting on ~1.5 acres next to the Blanco River. The spacious country setting makes it hard to believe the proximity to restaurants, bars, rivers and so much more. Relax and experience the secluded environment while playing music on the outdoor surround sound system, grilling & playing cornhole. Oh, and don't forget about the 85" outdoor TV for some evening sports & movies :)
