A cozy yet updated 2 bedroom 1 bath home complete with all the modern amenities. Spend the day dangling your feet off the dock or jump in to enjoy the lake with all the provided water toys. Relax with an evening fire and watch the breathtaking sunsets. Close to everything! 7 mins to Lake Michigan beaches, 10 mins to downtown Pentwater, and 15 mins to Ludington.

Enjoy the downtown life of Ludington or Manistee, both only 30 minutes away. Summer Rentals are Sunday check-ins with a 7 night minimum stay. April, May and fall rentals are 2 night stay min.

We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.
