Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Community amenities include a newly renovated swimming pool, clubhouse & lagoon. Each condo includes a master bedroom, a large loft room with balcony, two full baths and central AC. There is a large adjoining deck between units, They are completely furnished with bedding, bath towels and all kitchen utensils. Sorry no cats We are dog frendly and we will request the $100 fee for up to two dogs after you book if you are bringing dog(s).

Our property is 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Located right on the Lower Colorado River. You can fish from the backyard and enjoy an under 5 minute drive to the beach. It has been newly renovated in March of 2022 and has all new furniture, paint and linens.

Beach access is available by walking the dune trails, through the Matagorda Nature Park or the Beach Public Access.
