Dock Holiday is located on 3 Rivers Island, with direct waterfront on the Diversion Canal. Bring your boat/jet skis and park at our large dock. This is a golf cart ONLY community and we offer a 4-seat golf cart with the rental. Get ready to explore nature as you head over the bridge onto the island for some rest & relaxation!

The River Cabin

Beautiful high-rise cabin with covered wrap around porch, overlooking the Amite River! Perfect for a romantic getaway, family fishing trip or gathering friends for some fun on the river. Our place offers it all! Beautiful oversized yard. Private beach, excellent for swimming. Neighborhood boat lauch access available to guests. Huge, private, entertainment area downstairs with BBQ pit/grill/ smoker, seating, and fire pit. Private fishing pond, includes a motorless boat and paddles!

The Yellow Cottage on the River (w/ Dock Access!)

Our quaint yellow cottage sits on a quiet street where you have plenty of space to hear the cicadas and breathe in the Louisiana air. We're situated directly on the Amite River and this cottage is perfect for anyone who loves to fish! We provide a place to dock your boat, and can even recommend the best routes along the river that we often take ourselves. Please note that we do not allow pets at the cottage so get your fur babies a sitter and come on down.

The Blue Heron Guest House-6 acres on the bayou.

Take it easy at this unique getaway. Located on Bayou Manchac on a gated 6 acre estate. The Blue Heron Guest House is a great place to just get away, enjoy nature, canoe (provided), fish the pond or the bayou, birdwatching (lots of birds), etc. The property does have a boat slip and a small boat launch for those who want to explore the area by boat. Bayou Manchac connects to the Amite River nearby. We can’t wait to share our paradise with you!

Our Happy Place!

This home is a quaint, waterfront oasis, with space to enjoy friends and family inside or outside. It is just minutes by foot, car and/or boat to restaurants, bars and many water events. With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time. Come and see why this is OUR happy place, and it could quickly become your happy place.

Located on the Old River in Maurpeas, Louisiana. Relax and enjoy views on a deck or on your own boat! With private boat landing .Once you arrive, it will be the last house on the street and you can park under two parking spots. The house is easily accessed via a keypad. There are 3 security cameras outside the house. Enjoy a spacious indoor area and outdoor waterfront view.

Looking for a perfect family get away that let’s you experience all Louisiana has to offer? Look no further. With 4 bedrooms, riverfront views, an outside kitchen and even a private pool, Casa Del Rio has it all. Ideally located right on the Tickfaw River, Casa Del Rio is about an hour drive to both Baton Rouge and New Orleans. This get-away has it all!
