It is perfect for exploring 1066 country and with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away there is much to do and see! Dogs are very welcome. Small orchard with picnic table and bbq. Salters Green Oast House is reputed be the smallest oast in Sussex where hops used to be dried for the farmer's ale. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds.
