Stargaze on the front porch, snooze in our luxurious beds, and wake up for a fresh-baked croissant at the Mazama Store (1.8 miles away). Our Rustic Cabin is a wild and remote getaway, not an urban hotel experience. Service is limited; and bears, deer, mountain lions, and bugs are part of our life in the woods. We live 0.5 miles away. Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Great location, close drive to North Cascade trails, Mazama (3.5 miles), Winthrop (11 miles) and the Methow Valley Community Trail and suspension bridge within walking distance.

Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.
