This is a completely private guest suite with living room/office, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There are no shared spaces at all, so you can enjoy your privacy! The location is 10-15 mins to the airport and downtown Austin, around 20 mins to CoTA, and one block to a mini-mart, neighborhood grocery store, Mexican food restaurant, and bus stops. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.
