The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

The main White House CLOSED 11/2023 when we retired to TN. This is when THE LOFT, our new Air BnB opened 04/2025. The LOFT built by the Amish, is 1200 sq. ft of open living space w/the same STUNNING views the original White House has. Only 4 miles from Historic Sweetwater, a true Hallmark Town, you can antique, have the best ice-cream, visit the infamous LOST SEA, walk to restaurants.
