We are on the bluff with an oceanfront hot tub, within walking distance to Gualala restaurants, groceries & shops. Please respect our dream home, our neighbors, & bring only good vibes here. A guest suite downstairs-totally separate from upstairs w/a nice garden outside. You walk down a gravel & brick path to enter @ ground level. It is a large studio w/old growth beams & full length windows, kitchen area, bathroom w/ a jacuzzi tub. There is a Paul Bunyan California King size bed w/ steps, w/no railings. Much room to roam. The outside yard is shared space, yet, we don’t walk in front of your windows and will respect your privacy. There’s a garden & fruit trees to graze in season.

Our clean, cozy & quiet cottage is located on the Mendocino Coast just 1.5 miles from Pacific Ocean on 13 acres of gardens, meadows & redwood forests in a beautiful rural area, close to beaches, rivers, trails, Mendocino & Anderson Valley. The cottage includes a queen bedroom, bath tub & shower, kitchen, living room, deck with lounge chairs & BBQ, and on-property hammock, gardens, meadows & forests. Guests love the lush surroundings, peace & quiet-- an ideal retreat. Family- and LGBT-friendly.

6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

Kick back and relax in this stylish and modern space. High ceilings and new finishes highlight this large one bedroom residence. The main living area is open concept with a breakfast bar and space to relax (or do yoga, etc.). All appliances are modern (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher). The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has an on demand water heater. No steps to entry or inside make this a very accessible, level-in dwelling. The living room opens to a private, redwood fenced yard.

Architecturally exquisite! Set in quiet, beautiful, peaceful, gardens with large pond. Gorgeous custom-made furniture, stereo , spa-like glass block shower. Spa robes available. Radiant heat. One loft bedroom, one downstairs. Short walk over dunes to deserted Ten Mile Beach. Since access is limited, the beach is virtually empty- a coastal secret. I live on the property with my golden retriever and cat ( not allowed in the cottage) but after check-in I want my privacy just as much as you do
