Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.

Fresh new look with new flooring throughout the house, new linens and furniture! A Ping Ping Table in the garage adds to the fun during your stay. Oh and a Pool! Pool safety fencing and self closing gate with safety latch allows parents to relax on the patio without any worries!

We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
