The Surf House offers special access to one of the wildest and most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast. Perched on the bluffs between Heceta Head and Cape Perpetua, it offers a serene & spectacular oceanfront experience. Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

Evergreen Oasis

Welcome to Evergreen Oasis, a private, detached studio built from the ground up by our family. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat features a unique design with natural wood walls and a modern black ceiling, creating a quiet and grounded environment. As a separate unit, it offers full privacy for a self-managed stay. We designed this space for comfort and independence, making it the perfect home base for your visit. Remote lakefront retreat—boat access only. We provide all arrival details after booking. Tucked away on North Tenmile Lake, this peaceful mini-cabin is perfect for a romantic escape or quiet writer’s retreat. Features a full kitchen, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, loft with king bed and lake views. Enjoy a private dock, paddleboards, high-speed WiFi, fishing, stargazing, and morning coffee by the water. The perfect mix of peace, privacy, and nature.

The Beach Yachtage

Pets Welcome and no extra fee, Free EV Charging. Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.

Kayaks available. Easy 4 block walk to Heceta Beach. Just two miles off Hwy 101, 5 miles to Old Town/Bay Street along the beautiful Siuslaw River. Lakes, hiking, light houses, covered bridges, waterfalls within an easy drive.

Welcome to The Seal Cove. Relax and rejuvenate.

The Seal Cove is a cozy ground level/bottom floor retreat with a hot tub & views of the Siuslaw River from your private backyard. There is an efficiency kitchenette & small bath. High tide you can watch the seals frolicking in the cove. At low tide you can see the seals sunbathing on the sand bar just past the cove (this is how Seal Cove derived its name).

A block from Sutton Lake, close to Haceta Beach. Great getaway/base for exploring. Private space with shower, WiFi/TV, mini fridge, microwave, recliner and queen bed. (4” thick foam floor mattress on request). Two adult guests max or couple with small child. Inquire before booking with pets. Pet fee applies.
