A bright, comfortable studio with high ceilings, and a full sized kitchen which includes a butcher block counter seating area for working or dining. Gas stove, Fiestaware dishes, Revere ware pans, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, and refrigerator. Fully fenced in yard with private gate, patio, and lawn. The secluded Mesa Lane Beach is 2 blocks away, and the Douglas Family Preserve with beautiful bluff views is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

California Dreamin’ near Beach

Guest wing with separate entry and private backyard. Free parking. Walk to 3 1/2 mile off-leash beach featuring the Boathouse Restaurant. Off-leash 70 acre nature preserve, one block away. Hypoallergic king size bed in separate room with ensuite bathroom. Futon sofa in living space sleeps one. Partial kitchen; no oven. Coffee machine. Outdoor grill, table and 4 chairs. Beach bag with towels and umbrella. Dogs welcome for no extra fee; no cats. Weekly cleaning/linens on Wednesday.

We are a short distance (3.5 blocks) from the beach stairs (241 steps); a beautiful bluff-front park (Douglas Family Preserve); Shoreline Park; close to great restaurants; a lovely organic market; and just a short drive (~7 minutes) to State Street and Santa Barbara's famed Funk Zone.

This light and airy studio is perfect for a single or couple. The studio offers a private entrance, off street parking and a Queen Bed , bath, full kitchen and laundry in unit. The Mesa Neighborhood is an amazing location with access to beaches, restaurants, Shoreline Park and the Douglas Preserve within walking distance, is a great place to get away to nature. It is a beautiful 30-minute walk or 5 minute drive to the marina and Stearns' Wharf, 5 minute drive to downtown.

Lighthouse Keeper's House, close to the beach

Relax at the Lighthouse Keeper's House. A perfect spot to retreat to in Santa Barbara. Warm and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the steps to pet friendly beach. A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and private enclosed front yard with a fire bowl. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .
