Our large 4 bedroomed family home is set in the peaceful village of Belton just 2 mins drive from the M180. It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.

All the essentials in a great location; ideal as a base or just passing through. 30 minutes from Lincoln, the coast and minutes away from the Lincs Wolds. Our cottage was originally The Old Sweet Shop and is now a cozy self-contained home. The single bedroom can be a large double, or 2 single beds with the possibility to add a Z-bed in the living room on request.
