Easy to access with a car and great public transport connection with the city center. Many grocery stores, including 24/7 supermarket within short walking distance. My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This unique penthouse is located in the heart of Tallinn and only a few minutes walk to the medieval Old Town, Viru Keskus and the ferry terminals. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. Very fast internet, 200mb/s both download and upload speed.

The apartment is situated on the upper floor, and it gets a lot of sunlight. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and museums nearby.

Liivaranna, kümblustünni ja torusaunani on vaid 40m, kust avaneb samuti imeline vaade merele ja tähistaevale. Pimedas pakub aias silmailu puudevalgustus. Rannamaja on iseseisev maja, mis asub küll samal krundil pererahva suvemajaga, kuid välja rentimise ajal seal kedagi ei ela. Mõlemad majad on piiratud ühtse privaataiaga.
