Our Mhamid Desert Camp is set a step away from the famous village of Mhamid, staying in our Camp gives you the opportunity to watch breathtaking sunsets and sunrises, lose yourself in the silence and peacefulness of our charming Berber tents as well as enjoy Berber campfires with traditional music, excellent traditional dinners and breakfasts. Desert Camp Chraika

Welcome to our desert camp located in a beautiful nature area of small dunes with tamarisk trees, a 20-minute walk from M'hamid village. Built from natural materials, with electricity coming from solar power, huts will keep you warm at night and cool during the day. Traditional clay-wooden huts are equipped with comfy beds, warm blankets, carpets and simple shelves for clothes. Full Moroccan breakfast is served every day and is included in the price. We also serve lunch and dinner on request.

We look forward to welcoming you to share, during your stay, our life in the desert. We are specialized in organizing hikes and trekking with camels. Bivouacs under the stars, tasty cuisine, a varied landscape, we put at your service a competent, experienced and happy team to share with you their love and knowledge of the desert.

Camp Desert Nights

we are at the base of the remote great dunes of Mhamid , (sand sea) in Morocco, and well off the beaten path. The camps are encircled by smaller, rolling dunes for privacy and shelter, which offer a great vantage point for sunset and sunrise .

Meet at our agency DesertBivouac, opposite the large mosque in M’Hamid. A drive in 4x4 vehicles takes us past the palm tree groves on our way to Bivouac El Mezouaria. In the evening you can have a nice dinner , with music around the campfire .
