A number of funky restaurants/cafes are only a short two minute walk or walk ten minutes either north or south to find one of our local surf clubs where you can enjoy a drink or a meal overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Your detached studio accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private lockable entry. It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

This coastal style room is set in a tropical garden oasis opposite the pool area. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with on street parking. Your own private entrance to come and go; queen size bed, coastal styled ensuite bathroom, air cond; coffee/tea making; bar fridge; and patio sitting area. It is attached to the rear of the main house. Within 250m of Miami village local restaurants. Within walking distance from Miami Beach the Paddock Bakery and local bars.
