Four (4) pristine ocean/bayfront acres are privately yours to enjoy! 😊 The Little 'g' Cottage is a secluded couples-only retreat (1 or 2 adults, no children/infants & no pets). Situated on 4 wooded acres overlooking the clean blue Atlantic, the cottage is just steps away from our private cove. An open floor plan w/studio bedroom, open living area, compact kitchen, and full bath (toilet/vanity inside, shower & soaking tub outside) are privately yours. Beautiful views throughout the cottage.

Bayview Cottage on the Atlantic

Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

Wilderness Glamping Cabins 200’ hill 22 acres off grid wooded area beautiful views of Mountains, Stream, Britton Prospect with traces of gold, silver and copper, trails around the Balsam Hill. ATV and Snowmobile Trails come right to Balsam Hill Cabins. The Cabins are right on the old Stagecoach Road that is 220 years old. We just fixed Old County Road to the Cabins. Sleep under the stars nestled in our Maine Wild Blueberry patch. Just a 3 minute walk down our forest trail, this unique experience will allow you to be immersed in Maine nature and tranquility with some modern comforts. Relax in the hammock, pick a few wild blueberries, have a campfire in the chimera, and fall asleep to the stars. Enjoy comforts such as solar lights and power box, outhouse with a hot shower, sink, and basic composting toilet. Options to add meals, kayaking or farm tour.

Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in the breakfast nook or on the covered deck overlooking the bay while watching the sea birds and seals or possibly seeing the deer roaming the property. Summer months, you can watch the lobstermen busy hauling the days catch at a short distance.

Oceanfront Nordic cabin perched on the edge of Dyer Bay surrounded by large cedar and spruce trees. A perfect retreat nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood off the beaten path. This is where you get away from it all, and enjoy proximity to all the best of Downeast. The view is spectacular, the wildlife abounds and the WiFi is fast! Watch the lobster boats work their traps just in front of the house. Not appropriate for small children. Sorry, NO PETS.
