You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

Located in the far corner of Montgomery county, near Berks, Lehigh, and bucks county you will find our converted hayloft guesthouse above our barn and farm store. From the guesthouse you have beautiful views of the pastures which keep our cows, horses, and sheep as well as views of the tallest point in Montgomery county - “Mill Hill”. This 2-bedroom, 1 bath, 950 sq ft apartment is on the lower level of the beloved "Little Blue Guest House" and includes a king bed in one room and a full bed in the other, accommodating up to four guests. It has a fully stocked kitchen and bright south-facing egress windows to make your stay truly comfortable while being close to everything.

My house is well located in a quiet neighborhood with a private driveway, Lehigh valley airport is about 15 minutes away, Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is about 5 minutes, Bear Creek is about 15 minutes away, Costco, Target, Starbucks, and whole foods are only 2 minutes away, near i78 with many restaurants to choose from, this is not the entire house, is the basement which has a private entrance with private bathroom, you don't share the place with anyone, is exclusively for guests.

This cozy cabin sits on 11 acres in a very rural area of Upper Bucks County. Situated right on the edge of a 6 acre pond, the view can't be beat. Boats and life jackets provided. Sit on a stony beach by the bonfire or enjoy a bonfire in grassy area where you can play horsehoes, BBQ or just watch the kids fish off the beach. Sit in a rocker on the large, peaceful screened in porch or move inside and sit by the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Less than 2 miles to state gamelands.
