Kissos is a small beautiful and picturesque village, surrounded by dense vegetation, which is located 52km from Volos through Portaria , at an altitude of 660m. You can also arrive to Kissos by cutting a road, through the new road that passes by the ski resort of Chania. There are many grocerys and restaurants around the village square (kissos), by car is about 1500m, and by pathway is about 350m from home There are many beautifull beaches at the footheels, and the nearest is about 6.5km

Villa Elysium #2 is a newly built house. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature,near Kamari beach and overlooking the Aegean Sea. It has a private yard overlooking the small port of Agrielia.The distance from the house to Kamari beach is 500m,to the small port 300m and to Ai-Giannis beach is 1,2km. The nearest village Keramidi,where you can find small markets and restaurants,is 5km away ,10 minutes by car. At Kamari and Ai-Giannis you can find shops with food and coffee.

The home of Centaurs

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 1 μπάνιο, 1 επιπλέον wc στο ένα από τα δωμάτια, κουζίνα με τα απαραίτητα σκεύη και σαλονοτραπεζαρία. Απίθανη θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα, 100μ από εστιατόρια, μίνι μάρκετ και κρεοπωλείο. Το σπιτι βρισκεται μεσα στο πρασινο, η περιοχη προσφερεται για περιπατους και αποδρασεις στη φυση.

Μία μικρή Ονειροπαγίδα

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα, παραλία, εστιατόρια και χώροι εστίασης και τέχνη και πολιτισμός. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

Marleen house is an old, traditional stone house build in 1928 in Pelion, Tsagarada, one of the most beautiful destinations in Pelion. It is located in a quiet spot, viewing the Aegean sea. Our shaded garden is the best spot from which to watch the sun rising from the sea! It is in the center of the village, next to the famous “Skala” bar and close to the local market, restaurants, and cafés.
