Tickles Cottage was built in 1850 by the cornish miners and is adjacent to Peppertree Cottage in a beautiful Rural Setting. Cottages can be booked together or separately. Only 2 kms south of the historical township of Mintaro in the beautiful Clare Valley .Walking distance to Martindale Hall and Mintaro Maze. Mintaro has the best country pub for lunches or dinners. Historical Burra is only a half an hour to the mining town. Clare Valley has excellent wineries and the Reisling trail to explore

The Mintaro Post Office was purpose built by the Government in 1884 and is the most recent of Mintaro’s colonial buildings. This Government building passed to private contract in 1930 and remains a postal agency today. The rear of the Post Office has been transformed into a luxurious B&B still maintaining the original old world charm. Enjoy a romantic getaway for two or holiday with friends. Stallion Box, Bungaree Station, Clare Valley

The Stallion Box is one of several converted accommodation buildings located on Bungaree Station. Once the stallion's stable, this self contained studio cottage is the perfect retreat for a couple with a queen bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Graced with views of the natural surroundings and carefully planned to provide guests with a private experience, Mintaro Cottage's Redwood villa is a fabulous setting for escape and relaxation. Crafted in 1856 from slate into a carpenter’s barn, with extensive restoration and a contemporary open plan. The Villa boasts vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and a charming wood fireplace.
