This is The One The Beach House is a newly renovated property on the ever so Popular Misquamicut Beach. There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. This unit is located within walking distance to Misquamicut Fire department beach (a private beach). Guest have access to 1 sofa bed and 1 Queen-sizes bed, maximum occupancy is 4 people. Private bathroom with shower, and the condo features outdoor showers. We provide parking for ONE car only and a private beach pass. Parking is unavailable before Check-in and after check-out. Extra vehicles without parking pass will be towed at the owner's expense.
