Please note that the 2nd room is very small with twin bunkbed suitable for children or small adult (3 adults max or 2 adults/2 children max (no exceptions), top bunk 110lbs. max) We enjoy having guests from all over the world come to visit and love watching you enjoy South Mission Beach as much as we do.

This one bedroom one bathroom apartment is located on the beach side of Mission Blvd. It’s centrally located in Mission Beach. The nearest large cross street is El Carmel. It’s about 50 steps to the beach from the front or back door.

Spend your days on the beach and walk to everything--Mission Bay, bars, restaurants, Crystal Pier, Belmont Park, etc. Parking is not included and finding street parking is difficult. Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets.
