The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Das 1-Zimmer-Appartment wurde 2025 komplett renoviert. Zentral gelegen - nur 5 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt - ist man in wenigen Minuten in der unberührten Natur. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse, Garten sowie einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und bis 6 Jahre berechnen wir keine Zusatzkosten. Bitte bei der Anfrage einfach im Text vermerken. Die Kurtaxe liegt je nach Saison zwischen 2,20 € und max. 3,- € pro Erwachsenen und mit der Gästekarte gibt es einige Vergünstigungen.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Die ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung ist nach Süden und Westen ausgerichtet und teilt sich auf ca. 60 m² auf ein Wohnzimmer (mit bequemer Ausziehcouch und Leseecke), ein Schlafzimmer (mit großem Doppelbett), eine separate neue Küche (mit Spülmaschine und Essgelegenheit für bis zu 6 Personen) und ein Badezimmer (mit Dusche und WC) auf. Der Balkon bietet Blick auf das Karwendelgebirge im Süden, auf das Wettersteingebirge im Südwesten und auf den Krottenkopf im Westen.
