This beautiful newly deluxe apartment has recently been extended and renovated and suitable for up to four guests. We offer a quiet beachfront property perfect for a holiday environment. We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listing is based on 2 guests. There is a 500 php charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 pm there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

Our place is close to Panagsama Beach, Moalboal, and to Kawasan waterfalls between Moalboal and Badian and is great for solo adventurers and (especially) big groups. We have four dormitory rooms each with 10 beds and communal bathrooms a few steps from the rooms. Of course we have a restaurant including delicious vegetarian options. Our activities include paddle boarding & sea kayaks, mangrove exploration & adventure trips to local canyons. We can arrange scuba trips if you wish.
