This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

Located across from Pine Ridge Golf Course in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, guests will enjoy a country setting with Mountain View’s, yet only approximately 20 minutes by car to downtown Eugene, the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena or Autzen Stadium.

One queen bed and two futon couches. Projector with movie screen and small smart tv. Driveway has basketball hoop. No smoking/vaping inside nor outside.

The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
