This 3 level spacious lodge sleeps 16! It has a built-in covered hot tub, pool, outdoor grill and patio, large deck and 7 acres of private land to enjoy! This lodge has everything you need for a long getaway! Large kitchen and communal spaces for family hangouts. The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. The middle level bathroom has a jet tub! Near Mohican State Park!

We are within minutes of many local golf courses, Amish Country, Horseback riding, Warther’s Museum, Zoar village, Tuscora Park, Hiking and Biking trails, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Atwood Lake, Schoenbrunn Village, Trumpet in the Land, shopping, restaurants and many Wedding Barns. A frame cabin in the woods to get away from it all. It sits in the middle of the woods a 1/4 of a mile from anyone. Lots of trails to walk on and some set up for mountain biking. has around 15 acres for hunting (bow hunting only). Use of swimming pool at our house year around just have to let us know when you would like to swim. State parks nearby Dillon, Black hand gorge. other interests near by. Couple pizza shops will deliver and some other restaurants less than 10 miles away.

Welcome to our backyard paradise! We'd like to invite you to relax in our Country Loft, overlooking an inground pool, koi pond, firepit and pavilion. Our home, surrounded by organic crops, sits on 115 acres, evoking a sense of peace and tranquility. You are welcome to enjoy a fire in the pit, or swim in the heated pool when weather permits. We our conveniently located 3 miles between Gambier and Kenyon College and Mount Vernon and the Nazarene University.

The Lux is our largest and most luxurious tiny home. At 32 foot long, it looks striking from a distance. The butterfly roof and accent walls give you a hint of what to expect when you walk in. The Lux has all the basics you’d expect for a luxurious stay: full bathroom with running water (not a composting toilet) a full kitchen, heat/AC, fast wifi & a memory foam queen size bed. But it’s what you wouldn’t expect in a tiny home that will get you.
