Welcome to River Cottage---This is a very nice cottage home overlooking the Wabash River. The host lives upstairs. Guests will have access to the entire main floor of the cottage that includes a private entrance. The cottage includes a kitchen (all new appliances), bathroom, living room, dining area, and laundry. We have renewed it into a fresh new life - as a lodge to invite friends and guests to enjoy and relax. The listed rate is for four people, and additional quests will be $25.00 per person.

Enjoy the view of the Tippecanoe River when you stay at our Riverhouse! The backyard has access directly to the river, where you can sit around the firepit and watch the water go by as you relax with your family and friends. This house is located in the country- a few neighbors nearby, a quiet setting, and you may encounter some wildlife. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.

3bedroom 1bath living room along w dining room full kitchen and laundry room. 65 ft of water frontage with dock. there is a gas grill along w fire pit on deck with lots of seating. We also have a tiki bar. THIS IS A HOUSE RENTAL ONLY. We have our personal electric boat lifts you can use when renting the house. 65ft of shore front that is exclusive and private to abnb renters for laying out and swimming.
