Baywood Park Garden Cottage

Cosy and cute, private one bedroom tiny cottage in Baywood Park. Just minutes to Morro Bay or explore the ocean bluffs, bay and hiking trails in Montana de Oro State Park. The tiny house cottage resides in a sunny semi-rural residential neighborhood, just minutes to the bay and Elfin Forest. Comfy queen size bed in the separate one bedroom, large shower, full kitchen and dining area, private deck to watch the sunrise or sunset. Perfect for a short stay or to finally finish that novel :)

The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Our home is close to many local favorite hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding locations such as Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

Set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees with overhead twinkling bistro lights.
